- 600 g Hake fillets (or any fish of your choice)
- 100g almond flour
- 50g oat flour 2 tablespoon
- 2 big eggs
- 20g Psyllium seed husks (1 tablespoon)
- 1 mature onion 100g
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil 14g
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt, black pepper,
- dill
- 5g baking soda

- if the fish is frozen let it unfreeze completely and let the water dry first
- cut the fish with a knife in really small pieces (preferable don’t use the food processor)
- mix in a bowl all ingredients: fish, oat flour, almond flour, baking soda, salt, pepper, dill chopped finely, psyllium seed husks,Β 2 eggs and the onion;
- form medium size balls or you can make hamburger shape
- place the balls on a baking tray and with a kitchen brush add olive oil on each fishball
- bake for 25-30 min at 180-200 C until golden on top
- once done take the trayΒ out of the oven and let sit for 30 min
- you can also fry them instead of baking just roll them thru a bowl of flour and fry them, however you will count more calories
