Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes (700g)
- 1 big egg
- 1 tablespoon butter (14 g)
- 50 ml whole milk (or water)
- salt
- black pepper

- peel the potatoes, wash, and cut in cubes
- steam the potatoes 20-25 min until soft (or you can also boil them)
- smash the potatoes and add the butter
- after the butter is fully incorporated and melted add the salt, pepper and the milk enough to give a nice texture
- serve with fish, meat or salad of your choice
