Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh salmon
- 350 g broccoli
- 60 g sour crème (2 tablespoon)
- 70 g smoked cheese
- 70 g bellows cheese
- 60 g onion (1 medium onion)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- chop the onion and fry in a pan until golden
- stir fry the broccoli in a pan with a table spoon of olive oil until becomes soft
- once the broccoli is soft add the onion, sour crème and the cheese
- mix all ingredients, add salt and pepper and let it cook for 5 min
- add the salmon in a pan and let it cook for 3-5 min on each side
