- 2 large potatoes 365 g
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 14g
- 3 slices cheddar cheese or white cheese (goat cheese can be great option) 80 g
- 3 cloves of garlic 9g
- hot & spicy salsa 1-2 teaspoons up to you
- salt
- black pepper

- mix in a bowl the olive oil, salt, black pepper, the crushed garlic and hot & spicy salsa
- cut the potatoes in cubes and let them steem for 10 min until become a bit soft, but not completely cooked
- put the potatoes in a bowl and mix them withΒ the other ingredients
- spread the potatoes on the baking tray and let them cook for 20-30 min at 200 C until they become soft inside and golden and a bit crunchy outside
- once cooked placed the potatoes on a plate and add cheese on top
