Ingredients:
- 300g Sunflower seeds
- 120g Whole wheat flour seeds
- 14g (1 tablespoon) Extra virgin Olive oil
- 30g Coconut oil
- 30g Psyllium Seed Husks
- 30g Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Water

- mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients except the sesame seeds
- spread into a baking tray 3-5 mm tick
- spread on top the sesame seeds (shape as you like)
- bake for 30-45 min at 180-200 C until is golden on top
- once done take the muffins out and let sit for 30-60 min
