An intuitive doctor had a unique perspective on why people do not heal. He believed that everyone wants to be healed … But he came to the conclusion that “Healing is very unattractive” for most of people.
The impediments to healing include giving up on living in the past, ceasing to be a victim and fear of change. Targeting your thought and energy in the past deflects the vital life force of the cells and organs that need it to function and heal.
Healing requires living in the present, recovering the energy of past traumas and wounds. He says that the only reason to feed and keep the past alive is because of the bitterness and attachment of what happened.
Refusal to forgive an event or person from the past causes energy to flow from the body. Forgiveness cures these leaks. Forgiveness has nothing to do with not blaming others for the injuries they cause.
It has more to do with “releasing the victim’s perception”.
When we can see a painful act as part of the life process, as a message or a challenge instead of a personal betrayal, the vital energy returns to the energy circuits of the physical body.
People do not heal because they have not freed themselves from the illusion of being victims. Too often, people gain power with their wounds because they have found that it awakens the support and mercy of others.
The truth is that if we keep a negative situation, emotion or disease is because subconsciously we have some benefits. Can be that the health issues can bring us more attention from loved ones or that being in an abusive relation just because you are afraid of being alone.
Wounds become a means of manipulation and control of others. In general, recovery requires changes in lifestyle, environment and relationships. Change can be scary.
It’s easy to stand by, claiming he doesn’t know what to do, but it’s true. When we are in a state of expectation, it is because we know exactly what we should do, but we are terrified to act accordingly.
The change is alarming, and the expectation gives a feeling of security, when the only way to get that feeling of security is to enter the whirlwind of change and go away, to feel alive again.
Healing requires action. Proper eating, daily physical exercises, taking the right medicines through natural herbs, bring about healthy changes in the body. Leaving the way of the past, leaving stressful jobs or inadequate relationships, are actions that support the body’s energy.
What one claims supports the other, because physical and energetic energy are inexplicably linked.
Even the death process, which we all face, can become an act of healing for old wounds that are released by solving the problems of loved ones.
In short: Change comes from learning to love every situation at any time, to learn how to run, to be love in action.
